9494 Saint Laurent has had makeover with new storefronts,
a revamped lobby and 50,000 square feet of penthouse office- lofts for professionals, young entrepreneurs and start-ups.
The 9494 facelift features a renovated commercial façade and lobby, and the creation of super affordable office-lofts on the 10th floor. The office-loft sizes range from 1,300 to 5,000 sq. ft. Huma Design has expanded at 225 Chabanel in an enlarged space to accommodate the addition of Huma Architecture and PCA, a company involved in the promotion and development of real estate projects.
