9494 Saint Laurent has had makeover with new storefronts,

a revamped lobby and 50,000 square feet of penthouse office- lofts for professionals, young entrepreneurs and start-ups.

The 9494 facelift features a renovated commercial façade and lobby, and the creation of super affordable office-lofts on the 10th floor. The office-loft sizes range from 1,300 to 5,000 sq. ft. (or more) and provide young entrepreneurs and start-ups durable, trendy, well-lit, air-conditioned workspaces with epoxy floors and panoramic views of the city. Included in the monthly rental is the use of a central lounge area and kitchen creating a community atmosphere.

Huma Architecture PCA establishes its headquarters at 225 Chabanel

Huma Design has expanded at 225 Chabanel in an enlarged space to accommodate the addition of Huma Architecture and PCA, a company involved in the promotion and development of real estate projects. The Huma Group now provides its customers with design and ‘turn-key’ services to meet all their space needs. The Dayan Group has moved to offices on the 11th floor of 225 Chabanel. The design of the new offices feature vintage wood paneling, tempered glass walls and interior ‘garden’.
